2. Terms and Conditions

By using AK Nextech, you agree to our terms. All purchases are subject to product availability and pricing accuracy. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions. All site content, including text and graphics, is our intellectual property. AK Nextech's liability is limited to the purchase price of the items sold.

3. Shipping Policy

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping methods include Standard (3-5 days) and Express (1-2 days) options. Once your gear ships, we'll send a tracking number to your email. Please note we currently ship within the US and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for high-value electronics.

4. Returns and Refunds Policy

If you're not satisfied, you can return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@aknextech.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your items, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
